Who cares about the inside not like anyone is going to see it unless you wear it inside out. And yep I'd prefer the fake fur collar to be a lighter beige color. In fact i wish the leather was a lighter brown too.
Get a short, broad mowhawk, Perfumly.
vneck sweater with collared shirt on underneath tomorrow yep
opinion on these? [img_thumb]http://www.ray-ban.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/840x490/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/R/B/RB3016-01.png[/img_thumb] was thinking about getting them. in love with the frames.
They're pretty fucking cool, get them.
I have a broad-brimmed black one, and I just wear it with my suit. It just doesn't go with anything else.
Yeah, exactly it just looks wrong when I see someone walking down the street with a hat and then very casual clothes. Also long hair and hats don't really mix.
by your logic, i will buy a one coloured broadbrimmed bogart hat and as i put it on, it will magically turn colour and shrink into one of those smallbrimmed fedoras that's currently selling by the thousand. I'm not really looking for opinions on wether or not i will look good or not with it. frankly, no one here even know what i look like, so who are you to tell me what will look good on my head. What i would like to know is if anyone knows of any sites that sells either this very hat, but to a lower price, or any other hats that looks the same. What i'm basically after is a broadbrimmed hat. It's as simple as that.
You make a valid point, but traditional hats tend to look anachronistic. I'm not saying it won't look good on you, but it takes a very specific kind of bearing to be able to wear a hat without it looking like a costume. Proper attire helps a lot in that regard. The demographics here don't point to a lot of people in business dress, so I made the logical (imo) hypothesis that you were trying to look like a dickhead. It was a bit of a dig, but I'm not really trying to discourage anyone from developing or refining their style. I wish I'd have had more inspiration when I was growing up. I used to have a pretty good quality bowler and would wear it from time to time. I looked like a moron. I'm sure you can see how my opinion might be swayed to the anti-hat side. I don't know of a reputable hat retailer, but maybe check out the ebay hats if you're not sure how a specific look is going to work for you. It's best to spend a little money and figure out you need something else rather than getting stuck with an expensive item of clothing you don't like but can't return.
Anyone know any clothing brands that make good skinny fit chinos that I might find in the UK? I'm in desperate need of some kinda beige chinos (because they look sexy) And as I explained at some point before I only really like wearing skinny fitting trousers.
http://www.routeone.co.uk/Store/Clothing/Gender-is-Men/Type-is-Trousers i actually own some of their own brand black chinos they are pretty sweet

Probable moose knuckle sighting as well. Do they sell the Levi's 511 trousers in the UK? They're pretty cheap, skinnyish fit and come in lots of colors. I've seen some pretty nice looking fits of the 511 even without tailoring.
A girl told me i'm stylish yesterday :v: Well actually she said it's nice to see a guy that's stylish but isn't gay. It was my girlfriend's friend to you optimistic raters. :v:

Yet it makes it hard for me to choose in between clothing items at a store because I usually tend to like whatever the hell I wear. [editline]25th March 2011[/editline] I don't like anything on the misc. side or the shoes, but everything else sounds like you have decent taste.
Stopped reading.
I've been reading this and all your doing is telling people they suck, and posting pictures of yourself boasting about your lastest trip to goodwill. Will not take advice. And they look okay on basic/graphic tees imo. And It's a shorter one, not a herpderp gangsta one.

Goodwill/thrifting can be a good way to get clothes normally outside one's price point if you live in a good area. I commend his posting of pics, maybe it'll help somebody else out. That's another piece of advice I'd give to anyone who'll listen; try to put together some pictures of the look you'd like to achieve as inspiration. Sure you'll have pictures of dudes on your computer, but they won't have their dongs out (typically).
So I'm going clothing shopping tomorrow. I basically need some shorts for summer and a few shirts/a couple pairs of jeans since I've basically outgrown everything I used to wear. I need suggestions on what to look for as far as fitting goes, I seem to always have trouble finding clothes that fit me right. I'm pretty "skinny" but not nearly as badly skinny as (some) male fashion models (I'm referring to the ones that look like holocaust victims) or even the bulk of FP. I'm 6'0 165lbs. I like to wear my pants pretty low, but not sagging under my ass because 1. I have a ghetto booty so that's impossible 2. It looks like shit I like my clothes to fit somewhat tight but not so tight that you can tell what religion I am.
Get some tight jeans, some plaid shirts and some nice t-shirts. I hate it when people wear loose jeans, looks like shit. You don't need the skin hugging kind, but the really loose kind looks like shit on everyone.

I have a bit of an ass, and they fit me pretty well. They're slim, but not overly so, and come in a variety of washes. I seem to be evangelizing the Levi's lately on here for some reason. This is funny and semi-OT, so I post.

I have some route one brand jeans and they're disgusting though, they're stretchy denim (ugh) and the crotch is so low it's like around your knees. So I'm a bit sceptical. Everything is Straight bootcut or 'relaxed', never any slims :saddowns:

Hi there, I am severely deficient in fashion sense, probably due to a lack of exposure seeing as how for all of my school life (including now) I have been a wearer of uniform. Which, y'know, is pretty, well, uni - form. So I have one question. Tweed. Specifically jackets. Possibility of ever being pulled off? Smart casual, with jeans and either a shirt shirt or t-shirt, the same way I wear my casual suit jacket. Not to be confused with my actual suit jacket or my dress suit jacket. I love jackets and suits. [editline]25th March 2011[/editline] Christ, suit doesn't look like a word now. It now reads sewit.
