How about actually starting to eat food? Granted, a bigmac, fries, ice cream, and nuggets are basicly my lunch every day, but i get a large breakfast, large dinner, and lots of snacks inbetween. You need more calories dude.

I could never eat the burgers at McDonalds. Just the nuggets. but tbh, giving up Mcdonalds was a great thing for me. I was eating that shit like crazy a few months back, but I gave it up.
I've only slipped up twice and that was on vacation when my parents were forcing me to eat something but all that was available was McDonalds. But that was in early march, so I haven't gone near the place since then.
Giving up soda is also a fantastic way to lose weight. Or, if not give it up, at least drink it less frequently.

I need to get back on my no soda diet. I've been slipping up as of late, which sucks, because i lost about 20 pounds easy in a little over 2 months just from cutting out soda.
