imo, I don't like closed cardigans very much, but open ones on girls look pretty nice. wore one today, in fact. They can be casual or dressy, depending on what you wear underneath.

I just got these as my "Gym/Running" shoes to help me get into better shape. But i can't stop wearing them on a daily basis. They are so goddamn light and comfortable. And the abundance of mesh and the light material they are made from keep my feet cool. Jesus they are comfy.

Is there a particular reason to wear a t-shirt underneath? Anyway if you do... either have it fully open or just like open a couple of buttons at the top. Having it half open just looks like you gave up halfway while getting dressed. It's neither here nor there.
