Mm yeah Toms are really comfortable. I managed to go through a whole 12 hour day at Disneyland with minimal discomfort in my feet back when I first got them. My feet were tired but they didn't HURT like some shoes will do to you.
I can honestly say that I suck at being fashionable :-(

I was only 5'3" at 16. I'm 18 and around 5'11" now and still growing, you could just be a late bloomer like me.

That hoodie is horrendous. It's got kind of a pukey shade to it. I don't much like the shirt underneath either, from what I can see. Rainbow shades don't really make sense, fashion-wise. Other than that, I think you're fine.
