I've always hated my fringe, I can never control it even with gel. If I cut it off I have a massive cowlick that looks even worse.

Mid-body toning tips? I don't think I'm exactly fat, but I'm kinda flubby. (Height of 6'3" and weight of 197 lbs if it matters). I hate having flat feet. I can't run for more than a quarter mile without my ankles succumbing to excruciating pain.

Normal adidas like those don't tend to sell for over $60 max which leads me to believe you paid ~$140 for the red shoes, which in my opinion don't look worth the money. You could've gotten some limited edition nikes for that cost
