Take the T shirt off underneath, open the top buttons on the shirt and roll your shirt sleeves down a bit. Also, try using wax to mess up your hair a bit. I recommend Garnier or V05 wax

How come so many american guys just dry their hair and leave it be? There's next to no people here in Denmark who don't use wax.
I never liked shirts that had retainers to roll up your sleeves with. Looks tacky, though practical I understand. Jeans are fine, and I don't know shit about how hair looks on other people so uh take their advice I guess

How can you see my t-shirt underneath (which I'm wearing because it's cold when I cycle back from college), it's not visible in the picture? The top button is undone but hidden by my camera. I have v05 fiber wax, but I'm not sure how I should mess my hair up with my fringe.

Rub the wax on your hands, and mess up your hair. Then pull your fringe over towards one side, and make some little strands using wax on your finger tips.
Just a tip:
Wear jeans and not jogging pants I used to do that and I looked danm not taken care of.
Also short hair looks dirty for me somehow

I only worn tracksuit bottoms when I was a kid. I hated jeans then, but now I see myself only wearing skinny jeans and no tracksuit bottoms.
