It's really hard to tell because you look really young in the picture but if you have facial hair grow it, if it's scraggly then don't, mainly because you have a bit of a baby face so that'll help offset it. I'd also nix the long hair, no matter how well kept it is you'll look like either a hippy or a hair metal fan. Which if you want to be taken seriously by anyone that matters you'll drop the hair, as fun as it is to have it long in high school if you cut it short when you're older you'll never want to go back.
Clothing wise, you'd look good in a leather jacket. Reds and grays look like they'd compliment you pretty well, again it's hard to know for sure because the picture's sepia'd.

I'd lose the middle part for sure. Long hair is hard to pull off to begin with and impossible to pull off with a middle part. If you're willing to venture outside your comfort bubble you'd look good with short on the sides long with the top parted to the left or right.
If you really want to go balls to the wall and stand out you could pull off shaved sides, long top with a short pony tail.

Shaved sides and back and a medium length top you kept in a pretty short pony tail would look pretty stylish and unique.
Of course the clothes will either augment or detract from it, so choose them wisely.

Haha thanks. I ditched my high-street youth brand pride a while back and I aim for truly quality stuff now, from boutiques typically. I also buy what looks good rather than what's got an eagle on it or whatever.
