What are some comfy, fashionable shoes? I'm more worried about comfort than fashion, but fashion can't hurt.
How hard would it be to pull off some proper swag with this configuration?

Is that what you're looking for?
vests don't really look like a casual party outfit imo
I would leave it, it's too stiff to fit the tshirt. Only remotely goes with a suit, and even then I wouldn't wear it.
Short sleeved button up goes well with it, but yea thats more like a first date thing or something when you're trying to impress someone.

Graphic t-shirts are ugly wether or not they have been seen in It's Always Sunny In Philly
rusty for sexiest FP member.
I'm not into giving people who happen to see me false images about myself. It's not like I'm a stupid kid wearing all types of "cool" clothing to appear in any certain way. My mannerisms speak for themselves.
Exactly. I hate wearing anything other that what I usually wear in fear of not really being thought of as myself. That's the same reason I hate acting and dressing up in costumes.

Also, my brother wears a vest and a white shirt (Not a t-shirt, one of those button-up, long sleeve shirts that people wear under suits) all the time, he looks like total class all day.

graphic t-shirts have the capacity to look nice
it's amplified tenfold if they've been on it's always sunny

The capacity to look nice is true but pointless since the shirt would have looked better with just the base colour all over.
I agree, I have the largest mall in my country a few miles away, one store has supreme and takes advantage of that, box logo hats are like $100
I've been rocking Supreme for about 3 years and now more than ever I know that if you wanna get it order from them, everywhere else will rip you off.
I'm not hating on Wolf Gang but they made it much worse.

God that's like the worst representation of what I meant.
What I meant is tight t-shirt tucked in pants, belt with large, metal buckle, vest, perhaps fedora with that and semi-fancy shoes.
