Also, why do they keep sending them rice? Rice is so dependent on water yet they can't get enough to drink but they have to use what they have to grow rice. Why? Why not something alittle more sensible?
If you want to get Africa on track.
1. Military force to remove and prevent risings of warlords (And no chickening out like Somalia in 1993.)
2. Massive humanitarian effort to restore the soil in Africa and get their agricultural system started so people can grow crops successfully there.
3. Continued support to encourage businesses into Africa and bring in wealth to their countries.
4. Fix up the countries and have Africans negotiate under peaceful terms their own boundaries instead of sticking with boundaries created by the old colonial system (if that works by any miracle it would stop a good amount of fighting right there.)

I'm not as extreme about the situation as he is, but I'd say how about we feed our own people who are starving in our country before we feed people who have no part in our country. It blows my mind to see people wanting to send aid to Africa when there are ads asking for help to feed the poor in the city I live in.
So what we do is put a huge fucking wall around Africa, no windows, no doors, and set the speed to FFWD. They'll be gone in no time! :v:
