I live in Pennsylvania, Just outside Philadelphia, it's pretty nice here in Bucks County, nothing special, but the city is really nice, I go a lot, loads of things to see and very historical.
Come to New England, everything's ass backwards here.
New England is a wicked sweet place, man
I went to the east coast for a holiday a few years ago, we visited all the places were the battles during the civil war took place, specifically the battle of Gettysburg. There is so much history in America, it's awesome.
Come to New England, everything's ass backwards here. It's not a roundabout, it's a "rotary". It's not pronounced "par-k", it's pronounced "paahk". It's neither a milkshake OR an ice cream, it's a "frappe". You want to go standard 10-pin bowling? Fuck you buddy, we got candlepin. You see this shit? You try knocking these fuckers down and they grow arms and legs, walk up the fucking alley and punch you in the mouth. [img_thumb]http://www.kinglanes.com/pins.jpg[/img_thumb]
I have never heard anyone in New England call Ice Cream or a Milkshake a "Frappe", isnt' a frappe like a milkshake with a coffee taste to it?
Go to Chicago and buy a pizza.
Go to Chicago and buy a pizza.
New York pizza beats Chicago pizza any day.
New York pizza beats Chicago pizza any day.
Fuck your pizza. Chicago Deep Dish is the best.
Screw Miami, Come on down to Canada. Our winters are amazing the the beach is almost empty too. Plus, you know how much you like maple syrup? Yahh! Although if you still wanna go to Miami I suggest that you stay away from the shore line. They have this odd yellow stuff called "sand" there. I think the locals came up with the name. As I said though if you came to Canada you would like the beaches a lot more. You like the color white right? :v: But srsly. Try the seafood!

Why are all of you so secretly racist? My posts didn't have anything against actual Americans, or others, but you aim directly at the place of birth of someone. Also, annoying thing is, all the British people rate Americans disagree/dumb, and all the Americans rate the British disagree/dumb, no matter if its true or false, even though they probably never been in each others country, not even on holiday/a bit of time. Could you realize, that you shouldn't talk about things you didn't saw/experienced yourself?
Sure is a lot of mindless hate in here. You all remind me of glenn beck.
buy crack and get cought by the police
He's technically right. There is no up or down in space.
It could have been worse. I could have said side ways...
He's technically right. There is no up or down in space.
Indeed. [img_thumb]http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_IBVPgalgRAk/S89zGrafJAI/AAAAAAAABFE/Dsj8ag-lCHw/s1600/Upsidedown+Map+Of+The+World--Optimized.JPG[/img_thumb]
Uh what [editline]9th February 2011[/editline] I'm not sure if you should keep your mouth open to let the ignorance escape, or keep it closed to spare the rest of us edit: His edit history went along the lines of "Hollywood was Canadian" to "Wasn't Hollywood Canadian" to "Wasn't Hollywood highly influenced by Canadians"
We have a winner. The arrogance in this thread is unbelievable. America has it's own culture.
Pretty sure Miami is a bad place. Don't think you want to go there.
Go to LA and get stuck in traffic. :smith:
I have never heard anyone in New England call Ice Cream or a Milkshake a "Frappe", isnt' a frappe like a milkshake with a coffee taste to it?
"It's NEITHER a milkshake or an ice cream" A frappe is a mix of the two.
Florida right?
No, the Miami in Iowa, silly.
If you are over 21 one thing you can do is go to a firing range, rent a gun and shoot it there. A lot of firing ranges in areas with a lot of tourists cater to foreigners who try to get a little trigger time while they're in America because they can't do that in their home county (although that depends where you're from). There's a pretty good range in Miami that has rentals. http://www.floridagun.com/ Be sure to inquire about the basics of safely handling/shooting a gun before you even try to rent one. Shooting paper can be fun, putting a hole in your foot isn't. Don't be afraid to ask questions and don't be afraid to ask for instruction. But most importantly have fun. It is after all part of the American experience.
