First of all he has increased strength and endurance, similar to how an insect's strength is hundreds of times larger than its size.
Second of all he can climb up walls.

Finally the title of the episode is the Butterfly Effect. This probably stands for the saying about stepping on butterflies in the past but it could also reflect his transformation from human into some crazy insect/human hybrid.
