I mean, it's not a huge deal, and there's not an [i]ungodly[/i] amount of repeats, but still seems a tad redundant.

the other sound manipulator was in the webcomics, i believe they were gonna cast him for this role but for some reason couldn't.
the ice thing is iffy, because sylar only used it once visibly and once when he killed molly's dad
Claire's mom isn't as awesome as flint is, his is blue hers is wimpy and red
I don't count alejandro for that.

Also, Claire and Adam Monroe. You have a couple points, but it still seems to me that these people are just different in how skilled they are at it / how much we've seen them use it. Claire's mom hasn't had a reason to use major fire blasts or anything, so we can't really say she has "wimpy fire".
