They should have brought her to the hospital and said she was shot in crossfire at a gang war or something.

Ah Episode 10 was epic, You know what makes me laugh though, Noah is the toughest and by far the most bad ass character in the show while no one has powers.
He is truly epic haha.
Also, give him thicker glasses and the HEV suit and he can pull off a pretty awesome Gordon Freeman.
He's a flabby cunt is what he is, leaving his daughter like that when she's all powerless. Adopted or not, he's the one who raised her.
