Why didn't sylar kill the Hatian and take the Hatians powers? the Hatian was obviously too weak to stop sylar, if he did, Peter would have been able to kill him.

I think Sylar is still alive since intense heat melts glass which would allow his brain to heal. Unless his brain melted before the glass in which case he is dead.

Great episode. Nathan is a fucking dick. Mohinder received a good ass-kicking. Are Meredith and Sylar dead? Two explosions were cool. Claire with a shotgun didn't seem right to me. All in all, I can't wait a month for new episodes!
