Ando's power supercharges other people's powers, he couldn't have killed Hiro. Like I said, he was probably trying to give Hiro back his powers.
Although, then again, we don't know a lot about Ando's power. Maybe it's more powerful than that. Maybe he's like Peter and can keep any powers he supercharges, and then USE THEM... SUPERCHARGED.

Matt Parkman's power developed, first he could only read minds, then he could tell them to do stuff and do the nightmare thing.
What if Ando could control his power to do certain things.
For instance with Hiro, Ando could've supercharged Hiro's mind so it goes into the future or past, without Hiro's body. So he passed out...or something...I don't know.
Or, like when Arthur made Hiro have the mind of a 10 year old, what if Ando could supercharge Hiro,so that his heart ages extremely quickly, and he dies of 'old age'?

Some of the abilities like plant manipulation has several advantages. It can manipulate plants and regenerate the person holding it.
