Great. This thread popping up on the front page has reminded me how much I miss watching Heroes.
cry about it
cry about it
Too late
Aww, I thought this thread would be bumped with new information on the next volume.
To clear this up for you guys about Sylar, (Golf clap me if needed but there are some people who don't get this). Sylar's power is he knows how things work once they have been broken. This is why it is necessary for him to "Disable" people or kill them in order to get their powers.

Intuitive Aptitude means understanding how things work quickly. Sylar needs to examine a person's brain in order to figure out how their power works, and no sane person is going to willingly let him kill them. That's why he needs to incapacitate his victims before ripping out their powers. If he didn't they would fight back. When he replicated Electrokinesis through understanding Elle's pain and feelings, he merely adapted his own body and mind. He didn't kill or incapacitate her to get her power; only understand how she feels. Yet his obsession with understanding the unknown and obtaining powers produces quicker results by killing his victims and examining their bodies, rather than taking extensive time and effort to understand their feelings and replicate them from memory. Peter's first power allowed him to do this unconsciously, and thus he obtained mass amounts of powers easily. Peter could do quickly what would take Sylar hours, or even days to accomplish. But Sylar could master a power much faster than Peter or even the original owners could, as Intuitive Aptitude allows him to understand how his new abilities work and how he could exploit them. He doesn't need to kill his victims to gain their powers; it's just the easier way to get them.
He disabled her, completely, she was completely vulnerable in that state.
Yeah, cause she stabbed him and would have killed him if he didn't incapacitate her. People don't go around asking to be killed. Read my post. Elle wasn't vulnerable; she constantly fired electricity into Sylar. He still got her power.
He disabled her, completely, she was completely vulnerable in that state.
give up your theory is terrible
All right.
Huge bump, but since the season finale aired today I though it was necessary. Anyone have any news on if there is for sure another season coming? The whole Claire thing really makes me want to see more.
