I don't think i'd trust myself with a gun. I imagine i'd be too tempted to play with it and cause a health hazard.

I've only shot two handguns in my life, both my grandpa's: a Beretta 9mm and the Kimber 1911. both were fun, the Beretta was easier to control but I liked the weight of the Kimber, it just felt good in my hand.
