I do gifting pretty much every week, just that i don't do gayass raffles, because for some reason only leechers win them.

If he has a bunch of single player games that he beat, that's a pretty good reason to not play them. I have a pretty good amount of games on my account, but most of them are several years old and got boring.
To be specific 52 games, I still play some of them, but games get boring after a while.
