Yeah, I agree.
If we could make patents less broad and somehow enforce reduced legal action overall I'm sure we'd see a little more innovation.
In my opinion Apple is the "bad guy", but the people saying Samsung "stands up for consumer choice" is taking it too far. I like Samsung better than Apple, but they're still a gigantic (actually much larger than Apple) corporation trying to make money. The same applies to Google, though they're funny once in a while.
For the past few months, I've always seen lawsuits on the news about apple sueing X. Like apple sued google, samsung, htc (Apple almost managed to ban HTC from america) and propably alot of others, so personally I think Apple is the bad guy. Considering their products is sorta expensive compared to android devices and it appears to be apple that starts the war.
Samsung responding iTroll is kinda childish aswell.
We need a new patent system you guys.
Apple did not invent Smartphones, Nokia and BlackBerry did so, apple just built upon it.
Apple is indeed the bad guy here, you see, they are the ones that shopped evidences, and Apple also uses patents without paying for them too.
Also, they are fucking with the ones who produce the retina display, wtf you're doing Apple?
Also, Apple's history is dirty as fuck, their "window" OS idea was stolen from Xerox.

At least they paid royalties. Microsoft didn't.
they're massive corporations that probably use slave labor in developing countries stop worrying about which other major corporation they're dicking over the most.
