-Give it back to China - it was theirs

Attention all alliances, After reviewing the Status of current world affairs we at the Royal Palace of Canada have concluded terms of alliance the following apply to ALL whom have allied themselves with our Glorious Empire.
1. In an Act of war Canada will safe guard Friendly territories but unless provoked by threats of war, will not push into enemy territory.
2.Should Canada declare war NO other members of the alliance may declare war on this country, though friendly counties are granted to defend Canadian territory besieged by the opposing faction.
3. Rule 2 can be over ruled under the following terms, Should any more then 2 counties at one time declare war on Canada you may as well declare war, Should Canada declare a state of emergency all faction members must come to the call to arms.
4. Should a faction country be forced into armed conflict and are giving a crushing defeat you are allowed 2 turns of warfare after said turns are over you must allow the losing country a chance to surrender.
