What are fortifications for? You need them on the sprite sheet but there's no price or description of what they do.
I think they're the defensive lines mentioned somewhere about halfway down.
I presume they are used to defend from all attacks on one border or maybe even one direction (N/E/S/W), or they could be separate and just add a bonus to defense or something.
