Get in a fight to feel alive. Psychological advice ala Fight Club.
I've been in this kind of state constantly for over a year. Kind of have complex partial seizures and a strong disassociation with reality.
I get disassociation too, I got put on prozac for it for a while but I didn't like the effect it had on me as it made me just completely disconnected from everything and want to be left alone all the time.
You think that's bad? When I used to do a lot of acid I found even when I wasn't tripping things still breathed, grew, shrank and moved on their own. It was highly troubling.
Depersonalization?
Sounds like depersonalization. I used to get the feeling quite a lot when I was younger (13-17) but not so much anymore.

Oh I knew what it was boyo
Reminds me, I was nonstop playing the Halo: Reach beta, and I had to help my brother and grandpa move a patio set, and I was carrying chairs and we finished, and my grandpa walks up in front of me with his back turned to me. I felt the urge to assassinate him.
Unknown if thread-related or not.
It could be a brain tumour hindering your perceptions every now and then, you should probably go to the doctor unless you live in a shitty country that doesn't deduct health care from everyone's taxes.
Would a brain tumor cause depersonilization, pain in my heads and constantly tripping and fumbling on things?
Latley Ive been seeing a lot of more optical illusions, although naturally.
Like Ill just be walking and if I look up at the sky it warps and bends in my pattern even after I stop.
THESE PEOPLE ARE LYING TO YOU
You are actually in a dream, and to wake up you must kill your family. They represent the evil in your mind keeping you in the dream!

Could be a sinus infection, dehydration, and a lack of sleep. The whole jumping to a brain tumor idea isn't good to do because there are far more probable causes that are easy to fix.
I have had this feeling ever since I watched The Truman Show (1998)
Sleep deprivation?
It's this, Because I don't sleep and I feel exactly like OP

Possibly have what I have then, complex partial seizures. Makes me feel like I'm in a dream among other things. But you probably don't.
He's 13? This is it, you're dropping your balls. That's why you think life seems surreal.
I'm 20, if you really must know.
Shut the fuck up stop trying to tell him we're real.
Looks like you have cancer as well buddy.
This happens to me all the time, especially because of my shit sleep habits.
