It can take up to a day for you to get the invite. It happened to me and a lot of my friends.
Then I shall wait in the shade
I'd ask to get an invite to this but seeing as they send out your personal information/email to 3rd parties including credit card information I'd rather not.
And I thought about setting up a fake e-mail account but:

From their terms of service. Not sure if it is true or not but hey, I don't want to waste time setting up tons of stuff only to get banned.
