pretty sure he was a raid boss in the last patch, if not he is due to be in the next one

at the moment you can see him occasionally flying about fucking shit up, I got an achievement for being burned alive by him in the barrens

After killing all the villains the only way they can make a sequel is by making a new villain apear from nowhere. I would have preffered if they made a sequel with the killed villains.
