EA Support is terrible when they're trying to figure out your problem. But once they figure it out, they usually pull through if you have proof that you actually own whatever game it is.

I've gotten new CD-Keys, coupon, redirected to managed in minutes, and had the issue usually resolved in less than 30 minutes. Never had an issue.

Took them like an hour or so to figure out what was the problem with my accounts.
Even then, they didn't fix it, they just gave me a new key for BC2
