The app is free, you'll need to pay to upgrade your account to be able to use it. I'll be giving more details on pricing closer to launch.

May I ask for the estimated release date of the app? In my opinion I think you should focus work on the mobile app then see if it's worth making an app for the iPad. But I don't see users purchasing this unless the is major pros from spending money but I wouldn't charge over 59p for it.

We've got a limited audience, and there's months of development and time gone into this. It's worth more than 59p. If you disagree, don't buy it.

Testing the account upgrade system right now, once this all works, I'll submit to the store. Some features won't make the cut for the release version, but they'll be added later in updates.

To answer all your questions: You can purchase the upgrade using an in-app purchase with your iTunes account. The upgrade is tied to your account, so when the Android version comes out, you're free to login there too without paying again. If you get banned, tough shit, you'll need to rebuy the upgrade. Don't get banned.

Yes, why wouldn't it? All iOS apps that run on iPhone have to run on iPod Touch, unless they use hardware features the iPod Touch doesn't have...
