We got rejected. Apparently consumable is the wrong type for the in-app purchase, they've said I needed to use non-consumable.
The problem is, non-consumables can only be purchased once per account. You might need to upgrade two accounts on the same iTunes account, so that is no use for this case.
I'm convinced consumable is the correct type, but this means I need to go to their App Review Board, which could take weeks.
