Hexxeh, if you're doing pull to refresh does that mean that we'll have to scroll all the way to the top of the thread page just to do that? That sounds rather daunting in that you'd then need to find where you were reading before.

Pressing status bar brings you all the way to the top, and I don't think threads should have refresh.

I think that's why having both shake to refresh and the pull (which might be on the top and bottom, I dunno) is a good idea

I still think making it optional is the best. So you can manage in what section you can use it (posts, threads, ticker)
Or, instead of pull to refresh, slide 2 fingers down to refresh.
