eMail - yes, sure
Text - will check into whether there's an API for this
Twitter - slightly more difficult, but possible
Maybe it could put the URL into copy paste

You could do something similar to chandroid where clicking on an image opens it in a new small window with options to save the image, view it at full size, or close the window.

Also, take your time with the features. I see people suggesting twitter integration and whatnot and I just think that it's going to set the release date back :smith: that's what updates are for. Just make it nice and basic to start

That's the set of deadlines I'm working to. Technical Solution deadline is basically when the application code must be finished and in a state ready to give to users. There's time for testing and fixing bugs later in the Systems Testing period, too.
However, I anticipate I'll beat these deadlines by a few months.
I get the feeling it will lack a few. I will almost certainly be purchasing this.

That's a minimum set of features for the free version, yep.
Stuff you definitely won't get includes things like image resizing and push notifications.

Since you guys are essentially my end users, I'll be needing some written feedback from a few of you. Again, don't ask about this yet, but you will receive a free copy of the paid version if you give me some decent written feedback. This should be written in a formal and professional style.

Symbian will never happen. Ever. I have an N95 lying around here somewhere, even though I have a Symbian device it's still not happening.
I'm already going to have to rewrite lots of this for Android, which will be painful given how slow the simulator is.

Android has a native "share" function (providing the user with a menu of services to share something on - third party apps such as Twitter clients can register themselves there), so you could do that easily there.
