Ad-hoc distribution. I'd collect UDIDs from selected testers, then provide them with two files. The IPA which is the app itself, and a mobileprovision file which they open with iTunes which is paired with the app and lets it install it to the device, regardless of whether you're jailbroken or not.
They have to be testers I trust not to leak the binary, of course.
