Nope, we have to hand the entire thing in. Everything except the application itself I think, so all the documentation and write-ups.
Does that include community-support? This thread is getting pretty popular :smug:
Edit: Filled out the questionnaire. That UDID is a bitch to fill out, oh well.
I filled out the survey Hexxeh.

Definite skew towards the lower ratings there, as expected.
iPhone 4 is the single most popular device out there, closely followed by the 3rd gen iPod Touch.
Ratings and posting are two single most common things you do on the forums (this should be pretty obvious).
Oops Hexxeh I accidentally put 2nd gen I'm pretty sure mine's a 3rd :v:

iPhone vs. Android pls
I'm curious to see how much the iPhone outnumbers Android on here, if it's 2x, 3x, or 4x+.

Android wasn't a choice.
If it was, it would still be outnumbered by iDevices.
Mhmm, iDevices are 100% better than android based ones.
Your opinion is not welcome sphinxa. We don't want to here it, especially if you are going to be like that.
I have an iPod Touch.

Sorry Mr. Voice-of-Facepunch, most people believe iDevices are better than Android based ones.
PC vs Mac has turned into Android vs iDevice
Oh joy.
:allears:
Filled in the survey. I have to say, getting your UDID is really annoying. It's insanely long and there's no way to c/p it or something.

You can copy it, highlight it as you would a normal piece of text (No highlight will show though) then just press ctrl + c.

Well I liked how they had letters and numbers mixed in there. I hate it when its a long code and its all number or all letters. Its so easy to lose your place since after a while they all start to look the same

You consider yourself most people? Fact is Android devices are capable of far more power, are far more open, and are fare cheaper.
It's kind of the same as comparing the PC to a Console, Android being the flexible PC that can do almost anything thanks to it's openness, and the iDevices being like consoles with their better optimisations and easy to support hardware.

I don't consider myself most people at all, just I know most people prefer iDevices.

I'm pretty sure you don't even need to highlight the text.

And how do you know that?
Maybe people that don't know about all the other smart devices other than Apples, but to people who know about the choices I'd assume they would go for the better which is an Android excluding the fact it hasn't as developed considering how new it is.
The Sims 3 on android is just the Java version from the mobile phones while the idevices have a nice 3D version.

iPhone is easier to use. Like a console. So most people are going to prefer the easier to use. Not the android one which you say is like a pc. Also apple advertise so great that it ia unbelivable. O watch the iphone 4 video. They talk about their product in a way that even i want to consider spending $700 just to get the iPhone 4. Without the contract that ia.

I agree with all of that.

Just because most people believe it doesn't make it a fact.

That, and there's a thing called preference. You may think Tomato is the greatest food in the world, and nothing can beat it, but myself, my taste buds cannot stand tomatoes. They make me sick when I eat them.

Sadly, no. The only phone that competes with any iDevice is the Galaxy S set of phones, which have a better GPU than what any iDevice has. They run for around $200, which is the same price as the iPhone 4. However, they fail in CPU Float performance against iDevices. Far more open though? Definitely.

Both phones are fairly easy actually, especially with recent updates.

Why does no one ever think of the evo when comparing android phones to the iPhone. Its a great phone, and in my experience, its just as great as the iPhone. Better in some cases.
Of course I can't convince anyone of that though because 1 person got bad battery life with it so suddenly evo's battery sucks. Even though I get a longer charge out of my evo than I did with my iPhone.
