Luckily I have an IPod Touch, and perhaps soon an Android Phone(did not decide yet, might take the Galaxy S) I can then browse FP on both :D
I have the galaxy s it's great. My only complaint is that in the us it still uses eclair atleast it is going to skip froyo and go to gingerbread in spring.
Whatever happened to this?
He's still working on it if I remember correctly
got a Droid X for Christmas so I'd like to see this happen good luck
Is this still coming out in February?
Whatever happened to this?
The Facepunch API was disabled iirc, so the app won't work

Hexxeh, could you clarify the situation?
This reminds me of the recent uprising of forum apps in the AppStore but only one of them works with facepunch but it's basically a built in browser. I'm seriously looking forward to this app
Dude, its cancelled :crying:
no one ever said that and hexxeh can't cancel it, it's his coursework
I surely hope this is one day released, because I just got an ipod for Christmas, and an app would be awesome.

I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia 10. I can test it on that phone if necessary.
Well he went to Cali for a week, then to the London meet, and now it's Christmas / New Year, not likely he will be working on it much at the moment, but as stated above, this is A level coursework, so he will finish it (I presume) PS Hexxeh, any update on 3410 compatibility?
? [editline]a[/editline] Ow i see :smith:
Also what ever happened to that facepunch theme for the jailbroken iPods? I know someone said they'd make one pages back. That would just be great.
Dude, its cancelled :crying:
dude, no it isn't, the API just has an exploit and compwhizii's fixing it oh wait
Hey, if I'm any use I got the iOS Simulator working, and I would like to screenshot some UI images for these anxious fans :) [editline]5th January 2011[/editline] Oh, and I'm getting an iPad in March.

Good news everybody! We're ready for an initial beta in the coming weeks. As people have rightly said, this is my A level coursework and the deadline is fast approaching. My coursework does include a section on testing, and so it's vital that I select beta users whom I know can provide detailed feedback, which ideally, I can include directly quoted in my coursework. You'll also get access to a bug tracking system, and so you must be able to explain any issues you encounter in detail, with steps to reproduce the bug where possible. Screenshots are very useful, too. Initial beta of the application supports logging in with your account, viewing all the forums you have access to, and replying to threads. There is no support for ratings, or creating new threads at the current time. These will come in time. I have some restructuring to do of the code, tidying things up and making some error handling more complete. Once this is done, I'll be selecting a small group of testers from those who completed the questionnaire and opted into the beta.

Especially since the other half got me an iPhone4 for Xmas Edit: That questionnaire still available Hexxeh?
Nice to hear Hexxeh.
Oh crap there was a questionnaire? [editline]6th January 2011[/editline] dammit and I don't have my iPod on me to put in the UDID [editline]6th January 2011[/editline] Ok, I hope I can still fill this out before Sunday because I don't have the UDID
Filled out my questionnaire a while back, excited for this app :D
FYI if you didn't put your UDID in the beta application, or you have a new device now, that's cool. I'll be using a shiny new system called Testflight to deploy the beta. You get push notifications when I upload a new build and stuff like that. It's pretty sweet. Waiting for compwhizii to fix API bugs and move the API over to live forums.
