I know that you're trying to make money and you deserve a profit, but anything over the usual $.99 for a forum app would be ridiculous. Also keep in mind that Facepunch is quite a large forum, you will definitely earn a tidy sum even if it was $.99.

Let him finish it before he decides and don't moan about it costing money as it cost him $99 + all time he spent on it to make the app

Hexxeh: I did the same course last year, regrettably. I hope your coursework grade turns out better than mine - from the looks of things you'll do excellently so props for not only coming up with something useful and interesting but doing such a good job of seeing it through. If you're on the OCR exam board I'd be familiar with the curriculum and would probably have time to conduct a few tests next week if you're in need of testers. Best of luck with the grading (and profits, I suppose).

To the best of my knowledge it's not viewed very highly in terms of difficulty and accomplishment by universities but in my experience it was not only incredibly difficult but also quite fantastically boring and during the course I soon came to realise I absolutely loathe coding and working with the more intricate aspects of computers. So really it was more to do with my own technological incompetence than the course but I'd still hesitate to recommend it. Maybe people have had better luck with other exam boards.
