If it's ever possible and there's spare time or someshit after the initial release, a maemo 5 port would be like sex, because Facepunch doesn't like 3.5inch screens.
Then again, if time or resources or whatever the cause be that a Maemo 5 port cannot be created, it's no big deal.

I've seen a lot of apps with ads that work on pre-4.0 iOS versions.
Those are probably AdMobs ads, Hexxeh is using iAds.

Will it be possible to add your own threads and edit the homescreen? Or is it just a mockup.
Likely a mockup but i can still dream of an android facepunch app, mobile browsers suck no matter what the platform.

Does it update straight to the iphone? Like we don't have to go to the app store and stuff or plug into itunes?

If you accept it'll just drop you into the page on the right, tap install and it'll start downloading the new version of the app. No need for App Store or iTunes. We also have the capability to force an update to stop people lingering on old versions (added incase we find a critical bug we need to get people away from).

Even with a custom forum theme, you can't get the data usage and speed as fast as a native app.
Plus, I needed a coursework project...
I'm terrible at reading, so when everything's sorted out, could you update the OP/title? I got excited at the new custom forum for the beta, but I have no idea what the beta is, so I'm hesitant to post with my phone.
