how did it get posted to your twitter if you don't have instagram? you have to put in your account name and password through instagram itself to share it. story is full of bullshit [editline]28th May 2012[/editline] he's right about this part. the entire premise of the fucking app is to socially quickly share photos, the filters are just an extra feature the devs threw in. all the hipster kids and those alike flocked to it giving it a bad rep. personally, I use it but I don't use any of the filters, I just use it to quickly share photos.
Either way it made the developer(s) of the app an easy billion so for that reason alone I think it was a fantastic addition. I don't use Instagram though.
I'm sorry, but if you use Instagram you lack any real talent. I can't tell you how many times I hear people say, "Oh I should go to school for photography." All they do is apply a pre-made filter and stupid ass text. I don't hate it because it's popular, I hate it because it's fucking stupid.
its just to share pictures what the fuck is the problem
Just to be safe, Don't tell him how you know he has it. Say something like "I asked X and Y and they said you might of taken it" Else he might go "i will remove the evidence, im just like walt from breaking bad!!" or some shit (Assuming he watches breaking bad, if not, you are fucked)
Couldn't the OP use the PrtScrn button and save the picture in case the guy who stole it deletes the evidence?
Whats the amount someone would have to steal for you to press charges? Me and a friend we're robbed about two years ago, but i'm not sure what really happened to the guy after he was caught. I never got my phone or my $40 back.
Anyways he said he would give it back, and I don't want to get t back from him personally or I will punch his teeth in. So my friend is getting it back.
Dude, sue him. Sue the shit out of him. He STOLE from you. That is the most low point a human being can go and make him pay for it. I highly doubt he will learn from this.
He looks EXACTLY like a guy I know, Who probably also would have been too dumb to notice that he posted it to someone else's twitter account.
Man i had to face the same thing at school. A friend of mine had to get it back for me and the thief's email was still in the log in section and it gave me their last name. what an idiot. Glad you got it back man
