Also, if you can't get into Comic Con but like to go to similar conventions, I'd suggest Wonder Con up in Anaheim, California. I hear you can still buy at the door. After that you can visit Disney Land next door.

I got my 4 day badge but the only problem is that none of my friends are going.
That means I don't have a ride.
Anybody here want to pick me up?
Really depends on the panels though. I just kind of wandered over to the Archer one last year about an hour before it started and got pretty decent seats. Was a damn good panel too, they actually played a full episode 6 months before it came out.
Doubt that'd be possible for the bigger shows though, or maybe I just got incredibly lucky.

You could try the train, I've taken it a few times, straight down to the Convention center.
I'm literally in San Diego so.
I could always use the bus.
So no on-site preregistration at Comic-Con for 2014.

Probably none. I only have Thursday and I don't like the idea of standing about in a suit of armor for a few hours.
I don't know if I'll be going to any either. I may hit up Mega64 because I can't imagine it'll have a huge crowd, but it's just not worth it otherwise because there's so much shit on the floor, plus any encounter I've had with anyone famous has been just walking around.
