They're licensing that. Years ago, before Elders React was a thing, there was a channel they had shut down called Seniors React, run by some old dude in an old folks home and it was basically them reacting to videos.
Now, I could understand the name being a problem (to an extent), but they could just have requested the series get a name change.
Instead they had the channel shut down on "copyright grounds" and then released elders react.
