Sad to say they're still gonna have a shit load of subscribers when all of this is over. I think Markiplier has like 10-11 mil. These guys still have 2-3 mil to spare before they go below him.

The biggest hit will be with their sponsors, with whom they do brand integration. Most recently, it was Netflix on these two videos:

Look at the comments and the like/dislike bar. There's also a lot of articles and videos floating around that show them in a pretty negative light. Netflix probably isn't too happy about being associated with such a toxic brand, so I imagine that they and other companies will be very apprehensive about working with them in the future.
They're also a pretty decently sized company, according to LinkedIn they employ over 50 people. That's a ton of overhead for a YouTube channel, and if they lose a significant amount of sponsorship money it won't be long until they're forced to do layoffs.

Seems a bit over-optimistic, but they have gone from 14,080,100 accounts to 13,992,500 as of the time of this post, so they seem to be bleeding a pretty healthy amount of accounts nevertheless.
They should start administering fines against people/groups/companies that try to make outrageous copyrights on thing such as this.

Sub count on youtube itself is notoriously fucked. I've got a shits and giggles channel with about seventy and it still freaks out when people subscribe, even though it's such a tiny number.
