There's no such thing as miracle cures. Just start sweating. And it's very important that you eat properly. Eat lots of different stuff, and don't eat unhealthy shit. And no, stuff like potatos, pasta, white bread etc. isn't healthy, it's unhealthy.

I've recently started trying hard to lose weight, so maybe I can provide a little assistance as to what I did because I have shed quite a few pounds in the past couple of months. I got tired of being fat, like really tired which was he first step, I got motivated. Then I found something I liked doing that was like exercise, I got into longboarding I go out and longboard as much as I can and it's a great workout. You also have to be conscience of what you eat and how much you eat, one of my friends told me this and it has probably helped me the most "Eat to live, don't live to eat" so stop eating so god damn much.
If you stop drinking sodas flat-out, in addition to exercising, you will lose a lot of weight.

Stop drinking Soda, walk, do thirty crunches, 30 butterfly sits, 10 pushups, 30 weight lifts on each arm, every day or every other day. Should drop you down a few pounds.
Eat more pizza and get more posts on FP

Thanks guys for the tipps :) So my problems r: I drink 1.5l cola a day and 1l ice tea .. i think thats a lot of cal. I have stoped that now .. I only drink normal water and also I will try to walk for 30 mins a day .. i think that sounds pretty good :)
That's a great start. Definitely the first thing is completely cutting out soda, that's how I started. It depends how bad your joints are/how overweight you feel, but walking is a good way to get going for carido. Remember, to lose weight you need to get your heart rate up, so try and walk quickly if you can. Good luck!

I stopped drinking soda (Though I break that rule sometimes, since I managed to go two months with none flat out, it definitely decreased my intake. Chew sugar free gum, it helps curve cravings. Also, do you have a dog? Take him on walks, dogs love walks. Don't cut out, just reduce.
How about you go help yourself?
I went from 200 lbs to 175 just by cutting out pop and junk, especially the pop though. Granted, I was walking a few miles a day and working on top, but eliminating the pop really helped. Everyday try to motivate your self into doing some push ups,sit ups or just running on the spot (looks stupid but it helps). Then try to get out more, jog instead of walking but don't over do yourself I'm pretty sure you don't want any injurys.
