I do simple things [I]while[/I] I'm being lazy. Waiting for a match to start in Modern Warfare 2? Do some push-ups. Simple, and works like a charm.
As I read, most of these people are idiots, this is what you do.
1.Cut off Junk food period as a daily snack! that means no Soda, no chips, no cakes. This will help you a LOT.
2. Eat Less more! Don't eat large portions of stuff, thats to many calories going into your body, You could say you only eat Breakfast and Dinner and sometimes a snack, though that may not seem like a lot, portion sizes are a lot, you need to portion out your meals through the day.. Morning, *Morning snack, Lunch, *Lunch snack, Dinner, *Afternoon snack. this should be split into a 3-4 hour period so say you wake up at 7:00 AM, you eat breakfast, at around 9:00 have a small snack, something around 100-250 Calories.. at Lunch have a sandwich(No Mayo, use mustard if needed) and remember make a smaller sandwich, portion sizes!! After another 2 hours or so, if you want a snack, eat a fruit.. then wait to dinner and have a smaller amount than you usually eat, but do not STARVE yourself. then after dinner if you're still hungry, eat a fruit or vegetable.
3. Go to sleep and wake up earlier! This will help you lose weight as it will help your metabolism, sleep 7-8 hours a night, not 12-15 hours.
4. Exercise! You don't have to lift weights and bench press and a run a marathon. You can start off by Push-ups, Crunches, and Jogging/Runnings start small and work your way up.
5. Motivation! This is the biggest thing, do NOT consider doing these things a punishment, this will not help you at all, you need to be motivated to do this, you need the mind set.
Tips
Drink Cold Water.
Do not drink things with lots of sugar or High Fructose corn syrup
Set up small goals, go for 5 pounds, then 10, then 20, and so on..
Have friends and family help you
Always think about why you are doing this, which should be for yourself, for your future, for you to be better.
Be aware of what you eat, check calories, sugars, carbs.
If you have to eat/drink it, go for Fat Free, Low Fat, or 0 calories.

You're not getting anywhere without excercise. The best way is the gym. Do a few hours per week.
Also, carefully watch what you're eating. Don't make a list of how many calories you get or something.

Never mind calories. I'm thinking more on how the fuck you are able to take that much caffeine by those drinks alone everyday? If you drink 1.5 litres of cola and 1 litre of ice tea, then I'm talking about 380 mg of caffeine. Yesterday I had 320 mg of caffeine alone and that helped gave me a panic attack in the middle of my class.
If what I think you are saying is correct, then this is a very serious problem here that needs to be addressed as soon as possible. It's great that you are trying to change your diet and lifestyle.
Losing weight is mostly = Calories IN < Calores OUT
basal metabolic rate (bmr) = how many calories you burn by just being alive
3,500 calories is approximately 1 pound.
thedailyplate.com calculates your bmr, how many calories you should eat to lose 1 pound a week, or how many calories to eat to lose 2 pounds a week.
Eat less calories than your brm, but not by so much that you starve yourself. When you starve yourself, your body saves a bunch of fat and your bmr slows down so the next time you eat right, you get fat.
eat fiber as part of your calorie intake and drink water to feel fuller.

all tips posted so far have been bullshit, "cutting soda" doesn't exactly mean you'll lose weight if you're still eating calories above your basal metabolic rate.
building muscle to burn more calories doesn't really help you if you don't know why you'd need to burn calories or how many you should be burning.
Losing weight just takes patience and determination. Don't snack on anything once you had enough calories (you probably will though. if you do, exercise it off.) ;U

Funnily enough, even with your satire posting, you actually might be on to something. There is a possibility that the OP might unknowingly have some form of a caffeine addiction if he is able to consume that much per day.
