Better yet give us modding tools because most of the time it adds more content than DLC + it's saving customer's money for your next game.
And that's why you're never getting modding tools.
Somebody said all this hate to Ubisoft is just part of an internet bandwagon the other day, I disagreed but explained it really poorly so eh.
I think that video is 1 minute 18 seconds of proof that people have genuine reason to hate Ubisoft (that and everything Ubisoft reps have ever said in the past year).
I just realized how bad Valve is. They make you pay for DLC (aka the operations in cs:go), and then after a certain deadline you can't play the maps you payed for (when the operations end).
I don't suppose you've ever played CSGO or any of the operations, or looked into what the operations actually are?

Yeah they're awful people, I mean, they found a way to make themselves money while putting some money on the pockets of people who love their games so much that they're willing to spend time creating modifications for it, rewarding them for their loyalty instead of fucking them over.
Holy shit dude really?
yes it is a good thing that the money is going to a publisher and an unaffiliated party instead of a publisher and an employee. very big difference.
fucking hitler-soft using microtransaction money to pay actual employees. i bet they even provide employee benefits! those scum - valve knows better. short term contractual "how about you put in the work first and then someone else'll decide if your time is worth it" work is how you know that valve really cares about their contributors
e: go fuck yourself ubisoft. you are literally the biggest embarrassment in the gaming industry right now, and probably will be for a long, long time if you keep this stupid shit up
imagine justifying your Ubisoft purchase
I got it with my graphics card ok
As awesome as black flag was I wouldn't give ubi a dime for it.

Are you serious? If Valve didn't pay the money to the map makers you'd moan about, if they took it into their own coffers you'd call them selfish. Also you're barely talking English, if at all.

I think you've misunderstood me. I said it was a good thing that valve dangles the 'rich contributor's dream - this one guy even paid for college!' carrot in front of millions of contributors to fuel their economy instead of hiring actual employees like ubiscum. Valve are clearly the good guys here, really

good image, friend. I really do want video games to be just like in the 90s. I mean technical progression is fine and all, but if I'm paying for it? Who wants that shit?
I'd prefer to be a -$200 dollar customer instead.
I've gotta stand by Juniez here.
Just look at Assassin's Creed: Unity and how much workforce is being put in it. It has to sell like hot cakes to make it worth it with a 60 € profit.
A lot of people whom complain about these DLC's would probably complain too if prices of AAA-games were raised by say 20 €. People seem ignorant to the fact that AAA-development has changed exponentially. AAA-studios don't consist anymore of dozen's of employees, but of hundreds instead.
Remember, $200 customers throigh DLC and microtransactions HAS to happen!
Jesus christ this year has been nothing but a mess for ubisoft.
Fuck you nobody likes transactions you shirt wearing bozo...
Well, ubisoft makes it easier for me to save cash and to concentrate on better titles, as I see they are going the Activision way of doing things, but on an even worser way.
Also, your avatar, name and title are perfect.
