The game is what you make of it. If you sit in a frigate mining for three hours and think "This is boring, EVE sucks!", it's your own damn fault for being bored. However, if you jump in a frigate and go roaming for three hours in lowsec with friends, you might find you're having fun.
Don't say the game sucks because you decided not to do anything fun. Also, if you need a story to hold your interest, I have to ask how many other games have a story created by the players? Try living in nullsec and you'll get more story than you can handle, and it's all player driven.

i consider games to be fun, eve aint a game. really youd think theyd take the time to introduce new players all they do is splat a few interface descriptions about (wow like thats hard to figure out) its literally like they took the most basic and most advanced parts of the game and mashed it into one without giving any lifting ground or difficulty curve, EVE fails as a video game

Again, this is coming from someone who plays WoW (Instant gratification masterpiece), and Can't play anything else worth shit. If you're resorting to saying your going to play WoW so much, why are you telling us that only someone with Aspergers could play it? Assuming you played EVE for say, one day to a week. It doesn't attempt to reel you in because that's the point of the game, do something yourself for once. I also have a hard time believing your argument when you can't use grammar worth a damn.
EVE is an MMO with a sandbox environment, that means that it's ran by the players, they don't guide your pampered ass through the entire game. There are enough tutorials that teach you how to play, and you can do anything you want, hell pirating and scamming is illegal. It gives you freedom, and with the recent patch that includes AA, it gives you nice graphics on the way.
Besides, I thought Aspergers was for Minecraft?

EVE does not dump you anywhere in the game, they send you to a starter system of your chosen character's race, WITH the ship for your race, and two guns. They are used as either mining, or shooting targets. They give you an enemy to shoot at and tell you how to shoot at it. After reading a few tutorials, they even give you some agents to seek out missions with. When you click on the menus and utilize them, it shows you how those menus work. Just blatantly insulting EVE as to saying "it aint a game" and then referring to WoW makes you look like a dick, and that you're a religious fan boy (OH FANBOYISM INCOMING). Eve isn't intuitive, because it says "Here, you can do whatever the fuck you want".
Based on your information, you haven't read about the new commissioned officers edition, which basically reduces your training time by a godly amount. They put you, literally, in one server (Which happens to be one of the most powerful servers in the world) 50,000 or so players at one time, where you can have battles with more than 1500 people at once. The game uses a market system unlike any other, I would say it's one of the most innovative MMOs out there. The lore includes a moral which is very important to modern day mankind, War. So let me say this, what kind of logical argument have you stated, other than saying "WoW doesn't do this".
You also leave your self at blame for dragging on about it, then trying to save your ass from another argument by basically kissing the mod's asses by "making a request".

All the game is instance based and the combat isn't good enough to make up for it.
It's a bit shallow for now but I'll make sure to check it out again after the release.

Ryan, your arguments are invaild, insulting and pointless. You continue to accuse EvE players to have Autism, and playing it almost 24/7. Yet WoW, the game you love, has one of the most addicted and obsessive player bases ever. None of your augments make any sense. For an example, if i go hunting in the woods, spent 5 minutes sitting on my ass and then leave and proceed to tell everyone how shit hunting is, you entirety missed the point. Not all games are about instant gratification and rewards.
EvE is a game that you use your brains to play, not just click f4 for an ultra attack from your level 85 Hunter that you spent 50 hours grinding up 1 level, instead of clicking a button x5000 time, you go out on a date, or go to the movies with friends. You accuse us of having addiction problems, look at yourself. Eve allows us to be good, without spending ungodly amounts of time in the game.
All your arguments are based on opinions, not fact's. While many people don't play, it's because they get frustrated and quit. The learning curve of EVE keeps assholes like you out. You probably wondered into low-sec and got killed by some guy in a Drake. Then you decided that you wanted to leave the game. And continue playing the carebear MMO that is WoW. A real person, the one that EVE wants to let in. Would have Though up an ingenious way to Gank the Pirate with his corporation. Proving that his brains eventually killed the pirate, and not his brawn.
The butterfly effect, Is also unique to EVE. Unlike WoW, when you find the missing parts for Tom the goblin for the 836Th time, your actions have meaning. You go out and make say, 500 rounds of ammo. That Ammo was then brought by a massive corporation, who was about to teenage in a massive 500 player battle. That corp then won the battle, thanks to the extra ammo brought by that one person, that he used town to take down many more opponents. Turning the tide of EVE and its market forever.
Now this thread is about Dark prophecy. I reckon it looks good, its different to EVE and has almost no relation to it. it may be an attempt to copy EVE, but i might be wrong.
