I just realized that when horse armour first came out it was for myself and a lot of people our first experience with DLC and we pretty much unanimously agreed that it was a complete ripoff and nobody bought it. And for a few years, everyone made quality DLC that was things like very small scale expansions like questlines with new items and dungeons but it's been devolving for so long that a massive ripoff shit DLC like horse armour wouldn't even seem strange if it was released today.

How sad is that?
