Spirited Away was strange so this will most likely be even more so.
It just occurred to me that Miley Cyrus' younger sister is also in the movie. She's going to play Ponyo while her love interest is played by the Jonas Bros.' little brother. Aw, :fork:
Ugh. The dub is going to be a fucking Disney star jizz convention. Fucking Disney. Well there's always the subbed original track.
somehow it remembers me on the heidi series. Looks good though.
Fix the title please. Hurts to look at.

He's not going to say much, but he's going to KICK ASS, I know it.
Spirited Away was stellar, Howls Moving Castle was pretty good, but a lot of Hayao Miyazaki's other films aren't necessarily all that good (in my humble opinion of course, there are plenty of people who disagree) - I don't like those films of his with an eco-message; they're annoying. Hopefully, this will not be one of them :)
I liked Spirited Away but I liked Howl's Moving Castle even more. Also that's one hell of a cast.
Spirited away? That movie was awesome if its the one I'm thinking of. And I'm not even into anime.
Japs.
Japs.
There's Japs, then there's Hayao. A God among men (at least in the movie industry). [editline]10:02AM[/editline] This is gonna be insane.
English just ruined the trailer for me :l But I bet it will be good, it looks good.
Another Miyazaki film? Great.
I'd watch it. Not at the movies, though.
Liam Neeson AND Matt Damon? I'm sold.
Your the only one who can save the world, do it now!
This can only lead to one conclusion Ponyo is the lone wanderer.
I can't wait to see it. I looooooved Spirited Away, and loved Howl's Moving Castle equally as much. I just hope that this lives up to the standard that Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle created.
Given I've liked everything Miyazaki's made so far, I'm bound to watch this. Thanks for the heads up OP. Edit: :uhoh: I just realized I've never seen Howl's moving castle. I've seen the rest though. Mark *2* movies I have to see then.
Miyazaki is my all-time favourite anime movie director, and I for one will see this for sure. Seen all of his movies and loved every single one.
I don't like anime but Spirited Away just made me feel a certain way. It was a super great movie. Can't wait to see this one :)
Matt Damon.
Yeah, the art direction in Hayao's movies are so unique and so daring. It makes your imagination run in circles. That's like a 110% on the swag-o-meter right there.
Anyone think that the voice in the trailer sounds a bit like the father from fallout 3?
I love his movies.
His movies are extraordinary in a good way. Love them. But I raged when I saw that disney intro.
Liam Neeson AND Matt Damon? The poster looks cute, I'll probably end up watching it...
Can someone explain why Spirited away is so good?
Can someone explain why Spirited away is so good?
Because it's such a beautiful mindfuck?
