I liked it in Japanese, gonna go see it in English soon.
Some parts felt like the overemphasized the cuteness though, like they were trying to say "Look at this, this is cute, and you know it's cute. Now be amazed by the cuteness."
That didn't really take away from the movie though, just my personal thoughts.
The very beginning part of the movie was discouraging to me, because yeah, it seemed a bit forced. But that part was just to establish a setting and whatnot. Soon into the movie, it just becomes pure fun.
