It's as simple as buying a pack of rolling tobacco, a rolling machine and some papers to put the cigarettes in. With that method you could fill two packs in about 5 minutes. http://www.ryocigarette.com/newprtwin.html http://www.ryocigarette.com/amspiror15ca.html Simple rolling machine 10 dollars. Pack of 150 grams of tobacco? 30 dollars. I did some quick mouth and a normal carton costs 50 dollars to 200 grams. Obviously you can reuse the machine, so let's say you smoked 5 carton's worth, that's 250 dollars. Or you save 100 dollars by buying it and then rolling it.
woah wtf 30 grams of tobacco is like 45 dollars here, fucking ridiculous taxes
30 gram pouch here is ~20-30$AU so and that just makes it WAY cheaper than packs. 20 pack here is $18, and with a pouch you get like ~100 cigarettes for a fraction of the cost.

I'm buying raw tobacco that I moisten, cut (I usually do long cuts), add aromas too and then dry.
How easy is it?
It's pretty easy if you got the right equipment. I use cuthof equipment and raw tobacco from various sites. They have an English site, with instructions and everything: http://www.cuthof.se/Public_CK/default.asp?p=1
is it worth saving up some cash and investing in an e-cig? ive just started work and i only get 1 half-hour break in the day - i end up needing a cig after about 2hrs of working, more if i'm particularly tired [editline]21st October 2012[/editline] plus im spending like £10 a week on tobacco
I usually smoke Winfeild Blues, the leading brand here in australia. But if i don't have them i'll smoke anything except those HORRID 222's. But right now i'm wishing i had any smoke at all.

Slim blue Viceroy costs only 60 cents per pack here. Tastes and smells pretty good too. You can get carton for 6 bucks.
That's retarded cheap, most big name cigarettes where i live are at least $5.79, spirits went up from 6.48 to 6.79 as if they weren't already stupid expensive compared to everyone else
love going to GA to visit my brother roll through bama on the way there and picked up 2 cartons of newport 100's only paid like 70$ for em. here it would of been 130-140$ give or take
Slim blue Viceroy costs only 60 cents per pack here. Tastes and smells pretty good too. You can get carton for 6 bucks.
dude holy shit. I've never, ever seen a single pack of cigarettes for less than $3 here. I should pick up some cartons of that shit and hawk the packs for $2.50 each.

It burns and tastes chemical. 60 cent Viceroys however are pretty smooth and taste like clean tobacco.
I usually smoke Marlboro Red, but I tried a package of John Silver a week ago and it was great.
Been smoking Marlboro Menthol Lights alot recently. The full menthol was killing meh lungs. The lights are perfect. Anyone here smoke menthol?
Full menthol monster here. I can chain smoke it no problem.
Don't really like cigarettes with the menthol click, tastes so plastic.
I smoke Cutters Choice Any rollers out there - What filters do you use? I keep accidently getting slim ones and end up having to pinch them down in size which makes the roll uneven around the filter because I want extra slim. Shit sucks.
I usually get Super Slims, because they're the most like tailored cigarettes and it allows me to roll a decent amount into a cigarette but not too much that it gets shitty to smoke after smoking half of it.

When I get old enough to buy my own tobacco I'll probably start rolling myself, I may even try E cigarettes.
I agree with you there man, NotYou. I have to be more specific when getting baccie.
basically everybody around here uses these, and for good reason. best quality filter ive used
The amount of crap those things filter is astounding, there's a carbon filter they do which is just as good (if not better), but unfortunately half the time it just falls apart
God tear cigarettes
The amount of crap those things filter is astounding, there's a carbon filter they do which is just as good (if not better), but unfortunately half the time it just falls apart
the carbon ones are uncomfortably hard to toke through imo. most people i know who have used them say the same
Finally gave some cigarettes a try. Didn't want to continue advocating against them to people who had never smoked them before until I had tried them. Marlboro Reds they were. They were alright, felt completely different than smoking weed which was okay, but I really didn't like the feeling in my lungs as much as weed. I don't think I'll smoke them again, but hey, if that's what you wanna do, that's what you wanna do.
God tear cigarettes
smoke camel all day.
I smoke a lot. I'm 18 now and I've smoked since I was about 15 (stupid I know), however, it does mean that I have smoked quite a few different types of cigarette! I'll list some of my favourites with a short description with them. Marlboro Golds (Lights) - I hated the taste of Marlboro Reds the first time I tried them, I now don't mind them, but the slightly smoother taste of the Lights really caught me. They have a smooth tobacco taste, with quite a harsh neck hit occasionally, but nowhere near that of the Reds. These are my staple cigs; the straights I smoke the most. Benson & Hedges Sliver - These are what I buy if I want a similar taste to Marlboro Gold, but with a harder, harsher, more chemically kick to them. I don't know why but my body absolutely loves the harsher taste of these, where as some harsher cigs I hate. In the UK they are slightly cheaper than Marlboro, so I buy these if I a) Can't afford the Lights or b) Feel like the harsher smoke. American Spirit Naturals - Only recently smoked these, but absolutely loved them. They were incredibly smooth and sweet tasting, and were a slow smoke too. They felt smoother in the lung as well as when inhaling, so I usually smoke these if I'm looking for a casual, smooth, slow cigarette. They have a slight woody after - taste, and seem to become extremely thick (smoke wise) getting towards the filter. Those are my top three 'straight' style cigarettes, I also roll my own; Golden Virginia - More often than not I'll be smoking GV, its my favourite smoke by far. Its got a real nice smooth taste, and a lovely neck hit, that I can't get enough of. One of the more expensive of the rolling tobaccos. Amber Leaf - When I'm really strapped for cash, Amber leaf comes calling. I don't mind the taste too much, and for me its not a bad baccy to roll with, but if you smoke it a lot it leaves a really horrible after taste. However, I love the occasional harshness you can get from a roll of this. Anyway, there's my favourites. I'm not a chain smoker, but I do smoke right from the start to the end of the day. I personally really enjoy it, love the smell of a lit cigarette, and love the feeling of smoking. However, if I had the option to be able to not to have started smoking I would take it, it does make you extremely weezey, but goddamn I look cool with a cig in my mouth!
Best cigarettes I've smoked were John Silver. Didn't like Camel too much when I tried them.
Holy shit you guys get cheap smokes, i'm paying $11.50 for mid grade smokes, and just bought a carton for $92 =\.
Holy shit you guys get cheap smokes, i'm paying $11.50 for mid grade smokes, and just bought a carton for $92 =\.
The hell are you smoking? I pay about 8 dollars for a 19 cigarette pack. [editline]9th November 2012[/editline] Which is still expensive compared to most other countries from what I know.
