Sweet fucking jesus, I think I have bronchitis now :/ Ever since I started working (445am starts half the time), I open the store with this fat frumpy mean bitch from a shittier part of town, who hacks and coughs and smokes all day. I smoke, yeah, but like 5 a day maybe. Both went into work on Saturday, I got a stuffy nose within 30 minutes of being around her, and she had a stuffy nose when she came in. Now my lungs feel like shit, I cough up phlegm that just goes back down, and I generally feel like shit
Kids, smoking has started to kill me and I've only smoked for 4 years. Doc says it will last a week if I quit smoking, so I'm gonna quit smoking. Not smoking weed (but yes until the bronc leaves), obviously, but smoking. Maybe forever, maybe just for a month-past when this thing blows over. I'd complain to my boss about this bitch giving it to me, but its kind of hard to accuse someone of giving you a lung virus, though it makes the most sense

eh, i really see no need in moderating cigarette consumption if you're conscious about it.
like you don't smoke out of just subconscious reaction or habit or muscle memory, you smoke because it tastes, feels and looks (playing with smoke, french inhale, blowback, etc etc) fuckin awesome.
i think if every time you smoke is a conscious choice and you've got the best setup and cigarettes to maximize pleasure (for example, i prefer a wooden-match light newport 100s) i dont think it would be a problem.
going into something that might be addictive is all about your mental state and overall awareness of your own mind and actions.
also i'd like to use this post to say how much better wooden-match light cigarettes are. i don't know the exact details myself but anyone who smokes should try matches. and also give them a chance, you might not realize right away how much better it tastes because you're so used to using nasty lighters.
try smoking once or twice a day.
I limit my cig's to once and I feel great.
they are a lot better if you savor them.

PS; Also you guys think people in Europe (France, Belgium and Holland) smoke ONLY weed in their joints. It's totally false, for me a joint is some tobacco + some weed, and everyone here smoke weed with tobacco (and then they complain that they are addicted...).
Now I smoke weed in bowls with my new pipe. No more tobacco.

i've had at least 5 zippos in my time. the only difference is that they're cooler than bic's
in fact i have my origonal zippo right here on my desk, different internals of course, they had to be replaced. but it's the same case that's more than half as old as i am.
it's pretty awesome, it's a flying eagle with stars and stripes for a background.

I can't use matches because there are a lot of wind and rain in Belgium.

I switched to Gambler light tubes instead of Gambler red tubes, I like the flavor they provide with The Good Stuff brand tobacco I use. The gas station I go for my tobacco and tubes only had The Good Stuff red, I would've preferred natural or gold, but it still makes for a great cigarette tho.
When I start college next week, Im gonna pick up on some Beretta tubes, they have a 15% longer filter than other king size RYO tubes, and have micro-perforated paper on the part you smoke. I read about them on the net and wanted to try them but can't get them from where I go most of the time, but a buddy picked some up not even knowing I was looking for them and my other pal knew I was gonna be stoked.
With The Good Stuff tobacco, they taste as good, or in my opinion, better than tailor-made's.

Spread them out as far as possible. I.e. dont smoke at the same times you usually do, and get used to turning down free smokes. Good luck
