Unit 731 are pretty much the thing you want, but they've already been mentioned. Also, this is a group, though unrelated to experiments, but you may be interested to know that Hugo Boss designed the SS and Hitler Youth uniforms.

...I'll be leaving this thread.
It's the japs you should research if you're into this shit. Image search 'Unit 731' on Google, but I must warn you that it's highly NSFW.
I've read about Unit 731. Not going to search it on Google images. The Third Reich's technological experiments were pretty advanced though. The HO-IX(?) provided the base for stealth bombers today.
I read something about space missiles in a thread in GD, hold on ill find it [editline]24th September 2011[/editline] http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1127476
Japanese also decided to not go nuclear and put the money into making various odd weapons like death rays and anti air, air cannons. And yes those were ofcourse tested on humans. I am sure there's lot's of stuff to be found on this subject. More than just the famous and infamous stuff. It's a real treat researching these things imo. It's almost endless. Must be some docu's on youtube about this too.
Makes me wonder, with the V2 project and these experiments, I'm amazed that no Nazi scientist tried a James Bond villain-esque rocket with a person strapped to it. I'm thankful though - I wouldn't wish being shot off tied to the side of a rocket on anyone. Then again, I might be wrong and there might have been a poor soul out there...
Dr. Josef Mengele, nicknamed The Angel Of Death, and the other Nazi doctors at the death camps tortured men, women and children and did medical experiments of unspeakable horror during the Holocaust. Victims were put into pressure chambers, tested with drugs, castrated, frozen to death. Children were exposed to experimental surgeries performed without anesthesia, transfusions of blood from one to another, isolation endurance, reaction to various stimuli. The doctors made injections with lethal germs, sex change operations, removal of organs and limbs. At Auschwitz Josef Mengele did a number of medical experiments, using twins. These twins as young as five years of age were usually murdered after the experiment was over and their bodies dissected. Mengele injected chemicals into the eyes of the children in an attempt to change their eye color. He carried out twin-to-twin transfusions, stitched twins together, castrated or sterilized twins. Many twins had limbs and organs removed in macabre surgical procedures, performed without using an anesthetic.

Oh wow
If you want something not as gross google Candidio Godoi,Brazil. It's a small farming town Where Josef Menegele fled after the war, under the name Rudolph Weiss. He came in as a veterinarian and offered to do treatments on the towns women. He did many experiments on the birthrates of twins seeing how almost half of the town is a twin.
Five words. Ballistic missiles with nuclear warheads Good thing the nazis failed to develope the nuclear bomb. Btw. Thank you Hitler, you werent all bad. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQen3CPRptY

You should check out some of the late war experimental jet planes. They have some crazy/awesome designs.
You should check out some of the late war experimental jet planes. Anyways, I too am quite interested in these experiments. I do believe that a good chunk of modern medical science can be attributed to the horrifying experiments perform by the Nazis - I'm sure more medically inclined articles can be traced back to such things.

Then there was one that could tip boiling oil or whatever it was in on the pilot... and the corrosive fuel one... and so on.

Most of the Allies have convinced themselves that WW2 was caused by the holocaust, when, really, it was only a (relatively small) contibuting factor.

Forcing him to crash if Command says it's for th betterment of the Reich? That's... really a bit disturbing, actually.
It's not like the Nazis were the only ones who did this, look at the people being exposed to chemicals (or nuclear radiation) since.

It was more of a Soviet experiment, though. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antonov_A-40
Then there was one that could tip boiling oil or whatever it was in on the pilot
Wasn't that the ME-163? IIRC it was a design fault and there was a chance rocket fuel could flood the cockpit and kill the pilot.

I like a lot of the engineering experiments they did, with tanks, aircraft, artillery, general firearms, etc. In particular, I'm a fan of the P.1000 Landkreuzer. Basically, it was just a fucking massive tank that had a battlecruiser's turret attached as its main armament, along with a couple of smaller turrets on the back which were also supposed to be used on ships. Oh- and on top of that, it featured a compliment of anti-aircraft guns aboard. You know, because it's so goddamn huge. And therefore, slow and vulnerable to aircraft. Just some of the many reasons why the project was never seriously attempted. But before they called it off, they designed an even bigger variant that was basically just a gigantic fucking railway gun attached to the insanely-enlarged body of a tank: the P.1500 Monster. And this is what it would have fired:
holy fuck
New Starcraft siege tank unit.
DIE GLOCKE. Google it up. A nazi "wunderwaffe" project with the goal to weaponize anti-gravitation. Spooky shit.
