Since I am still in my senior year, and my district was on strike I don't exactly know when school is going to be ending. But we estimated a date and I will be going Late July 2010, and she said I would be going to Missouri, I did not catch the name of the fort, but I still have a while to find out.

Not really.
probably shouldn't enlist for 6 years on your first MOS (military occupational speciality) since you can't change it if you hate it or find another one that suits you better.. Try 2-3 years..trust me..

Must be confusing though especially in urban enviroments and hot and cramped.
Closest thing ive been in was one of the AAVs. And that sucked. Freaked me out when we hit the water too. Surprisingly it floats. But it was hot, cramped, and pretty much gay.

If I don't like it, I deal with it and learn to like it. That is a problem with me, if I don't like something I basically get rid of it and not try it anymore, so I want to try that, also I doubt I won't like it...
Another thing, you are able to change MOS (I do know what that means...) there just has to be an available position and a good reason why you want to change.

The modern vehicles have air conditioning systems, but a lot of the older stuff doesn't so it's literally like being in a big tin can under the Iraqi sun with nothing but a small fan to keep the air circulating. Not that confusing most of the time though, you get used to it.
We would literally end up at times in a 728 with like a pool of sweat in the bottom where everyone was emptying their boots as they would fill up with sweat. Can't turn out in slow moving shit like that depending on where you are because some fucker will through a molotov or a grenade on you.
