And my favorite comedy of all time.

The part where Jon Lovitz crashes into the veterans meeting is one of the funniest moments in any movie I've ever seen.

holy SHIT! Underated just doesn't cover it; I nearly wet myself when watching this film; I was laughing so damn much.
Pandorum
TV series:
Stargate Universe
Invasion
Babylon 5 was pretty good too though.
Carpoolers, a show that started airing right before that writer's strike about 5 or more years ago. Only lasted one seaon (or less), and got such little attention. It was very hilarious, and it was probably the only sitcom I ever looked forward to watching weekly.

While i didn't hate it, it's like the creators of it haven't watched anything else before making this movie, making it feel like a bunch of other movies.
When it comes to HBO, shows like The Wire, The Sopranos, Six Feet Under, etc get most of the praise. (All really really great shows)
But HBO's first show Oz never really gets the praise it deserves, it's definitively up there with HBO's top 5 shows.
Also Shameless on Showtime.

How did you come to this conclusion? It's very popular over the world

I found some parts to be similar to the movie Sunshine.
Republican Space Marines. It was a great show that didn't get the attention it deserved.
Gentlemen I bring you under-rated forign films:
Goodbye Lenin! :
One of the most emotional films i've ever watched if not for the music and the brilliant mix of humour and drama. Basically it's about a son whose mother faints and falls into a coma while the GDR falls. When she awakes he is told that if she gets a huge suprise she'll die from heart failure. The story revolves around him trying to recreate the GDR in her little room.

Kiler :
A taxi driver is mistaken for the notorious hitman "Kiler" and must try to prove his innocence while playing the different sides off against each other. It all comes to a hilarious crescendo, word of warning though it can be hard to get decent subtitles.

The NBC police show Life, with the wrongfully accused cop was a really good show. Its a shame it got taken off the air.

Great film, I watched it in 2 parts because of a power cut, definitely got to watch it again.
Burn notice and The shield are two shows that was really surprised by, because they're both on really late at night as filler material but they're really good shows
Movies
From Dusk Till Dawn
Tv Series
Peep Show
Kung-Pow.
Seriously, why do critics hate this movie?
The Dirty Harry series nowadays.

The most powerfull part for me by far was [sp]when the statue of lenin flew by.[/sp] I suppose that was one of the central pillars of the film really.

Magnum Force is very under-rated.

Goodbye Lenin was a real tearjerker to me.
The star wars prequels. They weren't as great as the original trilogy, but they were still great films compared to a lot of other films. The same with both Matrix sequels. great films, just not as good as the original
Rat Race was kinda underrated but that's because it was pretty much a remake of "It's a Mad Mad Mad World" (might be more Mad's) so alot of people didn't go see it because of that
Movies:
Funny Games (Both of them)
Speedracer (This movie was not terrible it was not overdone with CGI It was suppose to be exactly like it was made:Over the top and Cheesy, Watch the Original series you will see what I mean)
Seems like everything I watch becomes a big hit but I would have to say Futurama (old seasons) gladly Comedy Central figured that out and has picked the show up
"It's a Mad Mad Mad World" (might be more Mad's)
There are 4 Mad's in the title.

:respekt:
I fucking love this show, they only made 1 season :suicide:

Is Hanna underrated or descent?
I'm probably on my own here, but I think Watchmen didn't get nearly as much critical acclaim as it should have, I thought it was a masterpiece.
Space: Above And Beyond. A hard sci-fi show with a realistic depiction of the military. From what I've read, it was a HUGE inspiration for the Battlestar Galactica remake, and it was one of the first sci-fi shows to rely heavily on CGI. Unfortunately, it only had one season before Fox pulled the plug. Nothing surprising there. If anyone's curious there's a lot of footage on Youtube, it really was an underrated series that was notable in a number of ways.
